Assessment: Internal assessment is continuous and is conducted by the trainer who is monitored by an internal accredited verifier while external assessment is the responsibility of TVET CDACC.
Certificate: On successful completion of all units of learning, a trainee will be awarded a Diploma in Assistant Community Health Officer Certificate level 5 issued by TVET CDACC in conjunction with Equip Africa College of Medical & Health Sciences

The Certificate in Community Health course consists of competencies that a person must achieve to enable him/her to effectively discharge community health works and contributes towards meeting health needs and requirements.
